Industry Benchmarking | Grace Solar builds Singapore's first BIPV and agricultural PV power plant on flat roof for tall buildings

Recently, the first flat roof PV prototype plant of high building in Singapore, which is designed and supplied by Grace Solar, has been successfully installed to provide stable and clean electricity for the whole building, and also provide new ideas and new demonstration for the development and utilization of rooftop PV plants in Singapore in the future.

As the first high building rooftop PV power plant construction in Singapore, the overall advancement of the project, combined with the local geographical environment and policy requirements, was a brand new challenge for Grace Solar's R&D team and commercial team. The project went through more than 20 revisions and refinements due to the special nature of the roof and the safety access settings, and finally exceeded the strict calculation standards of the building engineers. Also the final solution customized by Grace Solar's R&D team ensured easy installation, safe construction and easy post-maintenance, and was highly praised by the client.
