Grace Solar Mounting System's Technical Q&A
1.Can you provide the design and accessories for the grounding part?
Answer: Yes, we can provide them.
2.What materials are used for each part?
Answer: For aluminum: The upper bracket part uses AL6005-T5, and the foundation part uses Q235. For carbon steel brackets: The main materials are hot-dip galvanized steel and zinc-aluminum-magnesium coated steel.
3.What materials are used for the connecting bolts in each part?
Answer: For aluminum: The bolts are made of stainless steel SUS304/SUS316. For carbon steel: The bolts are made of high-strength steel Grade 8.8 with hot-dip galvanization treatment.
4.Why can ZAM material support the same load with thinner materials compared to galvanized steel under similar conditions?
Answer: After processing, steel has internal stress. During the high-temperature process of hot-dip galvanization, these internal stresses are released, making thinner materials more prone to deformation. ZAM materials do not require hot-dip galvanization after processing, resulting in less deformation and allowing for thinner materials.
5.What is the maximum span and maximum angle for the aluminum carport, and how many cars can it accommodate?
Answer: Based on project conditions, the current maximum span is 6000mm, the maximum angle is 10 degrees, and it can accommodate 2 cars.
