SunEdison plan grid 35.7 MW solar project

Renewable energy developers and manufacturers SunEdison has according to the Ontario feed-in tariff subsidy plan grid 35.7 MW solar project.

Two projects with the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) signed for a period of 20 years a feed-in tariff subsidies agreement.



17.8 MW Solar Spirit project has sold to BluEarth Renewables, and 17.9 MW Bruining power station has been Firelight Infrastructure Partners.
SunEdison's vice President and regional manager Michelle Chislett, Canada, said: "we are proud to support the goal of enhancing Canadian clean and renewable energy use. We are very pleased to create jobs for the people of Ontario - both solar power plants to provide more than two hundred construction jobs."
SunEdison Services will become operation and maintenance of the solar mounting systems.

Ontario has a competitive bidding process to replace the feed-in tariff subsidies to its success.This year will be a 140 mw photovoltaic auction, submit proposals before September 1, 2015.
