Fixed support refers to the support system whose orientation and angle remain unchanged after installation. The fixed installation method directly places the solar PV modules toward the low latitude area (at a certain angle to the ground), and forms the solar PV array in series and parallel, so as to achieve the purpose of solar PV power generation.

Support advantages: the main support is made of aluminum materials, the auxiliary fixing bolts and nuts are made of stainless steel, the ground fixing foundation is fixed with galvanized steel ground piles, piling steel, etc., the aluminum support has strong corrosion resistance, and the aluminum support is light and can be quickly installed. 30% of the main supports are pre assembled by the factory and can be recycled. The support is designed with large section profiles. The whole PV support system has high stability and is resistant to strong wind and snow.
Installation requirements: the installation of the solar panels support structure shall be based on the design drawings, and the positioning and setting out shall be carried out first, and then the installation of the guide rail shall be carried out. Attention shall be paid to the spacing of the clamps, the same row of component guides and the spacing of the adjacent two rows of component guides. The guide rail shall be installed in the sequence of middle section, two end section and guide rail connector. After the guide rail is installed, check the levelness of each guide rail. The bending of each span of guide rail shall not be greater than 1mm. After the installation of a group of supports, the position of the supports shall be accurately checked. Attention shall be paid to the spacing between the front and rear rows and the distance from the wall edge required in the design. When installing the solar support column, beam and guide rail, do not tighten the bolts in place at one time. Tighten all bolts after the support is leveled and straight.
